How should I deal with an ex boyfriend?

Every two or three days he just shows up and starts talking to me and acting like we're still going out. I've tried to tell him that it's over but he just doesn't get it. My friends have tried to help me but I think that what's happening is something that should spoken about between me and him only. Sometimes I even feel like he's stalking me - he's always looking at me and stuff. I have no idea how to get through to him that I don't like him anymore.How should I deal with an ex boyfriend?
